About The DC LICC

The Davidson County Local Interagency Coordinating Council (DC LICC) is a coalition of volunteers and agencies serving children ages 0-5 working to educate the community about services, companies, and governmental programs available to families with special needs and at-risk children.

The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services established the North Carolina Early Intervention Services (NCEI) program. A sub-program of the NCEI is the North Carolina Interagency Coordinating Council, and the DC LICC is the local chapter.

The DC LICC has meetings on the first Thursday of the month, except for July and August. These meetings are open to the public.

If your agency or organization deals in any way with the special needs and/or at-risk community, we would love to have you join the LICC. There is no membership fee or other cost. Once you become a member we will add a link to your website on our own.
